I flipped pachinko inside out. You're the turret in the middle, the pegs are monsters orbiting you, and they slowly spiral in until one of them gets you.

You fire balls at them. Balls have sockets, monsters drop mods, and you craft your way into stupid builds: poison balls, exploding balls, balls that fuse into giant balls.

Hold right-click to charge a power shot when something refuses to die.

 Sometimes the monsters show up shaped like a space invader because it's fun
